The format of the logo is developing into it's final stages. The relationship to the type and mark was problematic, my proposed solutions are below- one of the solutions has an evolved mark. I do have a favorite, and could use some suggestions for color and even type placement. Crit please!

i like the top one. i think you could try moving "atlanta" up and to the right a little to be more in line with the left side of the mark and see how it looks.
